Taken January 2005 from San Francisco, CA (San Francisco International Airport) - SFO to Los Angeles, CA (Los Angeles International Airport) - LAX

Not a bad flight. Operated by a Super 80. One particular male member of the cabin crew got a bit excited during the safety demonstration and started doing his own version (moving his hands all about to signify when the escape chute would activate)! Also, he had an orange cabin crew call button affixed to his shirt!

In flight service was OK. Soft drink. No food, as per usual with US domestic carriers. A very short 1 hour flight though.

Slight delay in leaving. Seems there was a problem with the rear door. Female crew member said "these planes are getting really old you know". Alaska kept all passengers updated on connections in LAX though (quite a few were going onto Mexico).

All in all, a pretty good service. Plus you get BA miles!
