Home > CSA Czech Airlines > ReviewTaken June 2005 from New York, NY (John F. Kennedy International Airport) - JFK to Praha (Prague) (Ruzyne) - PRGJFK-PRG-JFK on A-310. Upgraded to Business Class eastbound. Aircraft was clean and comfortable, although B/C seats not as advanced as most US/European carriers. Departed JFK on time and arrived on time as well. In-flight staff friendly and attentive, spoke very good English. Food and beverage service was excellent, as was the quality of the food itself. Return flight in Coach class. Departed PRG late due to security. The PRG airport has security points at the individual gates (like Kansas City) rather than central screening. This caused a long, slow-moving line that delayed departure. Coach product very good. Seat pitch was certainly acceptable. Coach product and service comparable to other Western European airlines, better than most US carriers. I would recommend CSA and definitely fly them again. PRG would be a good transit point for connections to Eastern Europe as the airport is small and easily navigated. Overall, high marks in all regards! | ||
