YYZ-MAN Via GLA with Zoom, Cabin staff very efficient and friendly choice of meals either steak of chicken and pasta with a light salad,bread roll, and chocolate brownie with a choice of red or white wine followed by tea or coffee. About an hour before we landed in Glasgow a snack was served this consisted of a turkey and cheese croissant a kit kat and a tea and coffee service. The cabin crew and flight deck we very informative however at times the PA system sounded very faint and it was hard to hear what they were saying.

All in all zoom is a very good airline and I would not hesitate to fly with them again.
