Home > Korean Air > ReviewTaken August 2005 from Ulsan - USN to Seoul (Kimpo) - SELI was originally scheduled on the later Asiana departure, but due to the ongoing pilot strike nearly all of their internal flights are canceled. Check in was very efficient. Ulsan Airport is small, but there are a couple of cafes and shops - and even an art gallery which is fairly enterprising! You are not allowed airside until the time indicated as the boarding time on your boarding card. As a result getting through security was something of a muddle and slow, but the staff did their best. Boarding was quick and via an air-bridge. Very friendly welcome by the cabin crew and again a selection of newspapers available at the entrance to the aircraft. Aircraft was completely full and the take off was by about 20 minutes, apparently because of congestion at Gimpo. Legroom is very, very good on KE. I'm well over 6 feet and had a couple of inches between my knees and the seat in front of me. Inflight service was a drinks run with coffee, tea, water, coke, OJ and lemonade. Was completed quickly and efficiently. Landing smooth and only 10 minutes late. We were bussed to the terminal and had our baggae within 10 minutes of arrival. Excellent service from Korean Air and am looking forward to upcoming international flights with them. Would highly recommend. | ||
