Taken August 2005 from Glasgow, Scotland (Abbotsichn) - GLA to Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands - PMI
On our return flight from Palma to Glasgow our plane was delayed 4 hours. We found Futura staff very unhelpful and rude. They give us no info on the delay and moved us 4 times to different gates. It turned out the plane hadn't left its destination. But once again there was no update or info on the delay. When we finally took off 4 hours later the flight was very rough and was the worst flight I have had with one woman needing oxygen to stay calm and other passengers seemed in a state of alarm. The food on board was a disgrace. We would not reccomend anyone to fly with Futura as it was that bad of an experience. |
