Taken July 2005 from New York, NY (John F. Kennedy International Airport) - JFK to Budapest (Ferihegyi) - BUD
I strongly dislike this airline. I flew from New York, JFK Airport. The ride to Budapest was very uncomfortable and there little, if no space to spread your legs while seated. I constantly got cramp and the crew didn't seem to care much. The ride was also very cold. The ride back to New York was even worse. We were supposed to leave at 18:00 but they were fixing the airplane and the ride was delayed 3 hours! Unbelievable. People were hungry, but Malev refused to serve any food, saying that there had to be at least a 5 hour delay to serve food. I couldn't wait another 2 hours, so I decided to buy a sandwich. A $7 sandwich! Once we were on the airplane, the same things applied as on the ride to Budapest. Very bad experience. I will never buy from Malev again. |
