Taken July 2005 from Glasgow, Scotland (Abbotsichn) - GLA to Reus - REU
Was apprehensive after reading previous reviews, but need not have worried. Plane seated 178 passengers so check in at both ends was a doddle. Blue, leather seats on the plane and I felt I had plenty of room. It did not look the most modern of planes, but was clean and fresh. Meal outbound was a croissant with cheese and tomato and a yoghurt; inbound a sandwich, biscuits and a mini toblerone and of course tea or coffee, but let me tell you that I was more than happy to have that other than beans stuck to the bottom of a metal tray with some rubber egg! We also had in-flight entertainment which I did not expect having read previous reviews. The staff were very helpful and efficient. It was only a 2 hour 20 minute flight and they had their timings to perfection. I could not believe the flight was over and I HATE flying! We had no delays, whether that was due to it being Sunday flights or not I do not know. I would definitely fly with them again. Landing was a bit hectic - seemed to be going very fast when we hit the runway - but as a petrified flyer, I was uncannily relaxed. Please do not worry when you read the other reviews; of course I may just be talking to the Glasgow passengers! I called Glasgow airport and was assured that the plane is docked there and is very well inspected and maintained. No problems at all! |
