Taken January 2005 from Dublin - DUB to Tenerife, Canary Islands - TCI

The seats were too close. The plane felt unfresh-unclean. The infilght service was non existant, for a four hour odd flight to be offered expensive premade sandwiches was ludricious. The cabin crew were not the usual helpful-pleasant Futura standard.

I Travel Futura in preference to Spanair. Fly four times a month from Belfast. But this charter flight worst I have experienced. Flight was fourty minutes late. Ground agents mixed up tickets. After reissue of boarding passes we ended up from row 8 to twenty odd. different three aisles family of five. Wife with DVT history. flight crew unhelpful. Think twice about flying Futura from Dublin.
