Both outward and return flights were very busy, however, Qatar staff dealt with a range of passengers (experiencing a range of inebriation) with diplomacy and patience. It seems that Thailand is swift becoming a conventional 'Costa' type destination, such a mix at Doha airport was potentially problematic - not so for the charming Qatar staff!

Food was exceptional throughout the flight, with 2 meals (one 'meal' and one 'snack') being served on both legs. They were v. liberal with serving drinks and made sure that we had a drink (in cattle class) as soon as the seat-belt sign went off after take off. The staff are uber-friendly and service was given with humour, sensitivity and efficiency.

I've flown on a large number of airlines and am increasingly impressed at how Qatar can 'take me personally'!!
