Home > Aer Lingus > 2005 > ReviewTaken January 2005 from Dublin - DUB to London, England (Heathrow Airport) - LHRDUB-LHR-DUB. Check-in in Dublin using FastPass was swift as usual, and as this was a same day return, my return boarding pass was issued there and then. No time delays at Heathrow going home! Being a few days after BA grounded all their flights, I was expecting a delay going home (Aer Lingus and BA code share on this route), but there was only the usual few minutes delay leaving Heathrow. Outbound flight left slightly behind time, but was a pleasant flight nonetheless. The Airbus was spotless on both flights, and cabin crew were very pleasant throughout. One benefit of single class travel is that it is now possible to sit in the front rows on an economy ticket. Outbound I was in seat 1D, and was first off the plane. I regularly fly Dublin - London, usually with Aer Lingus. I rarely have any cause to grumble, and the current fare structure offers amazing value, if you are in a position to book well ahead! Well done to all. | ||
