We flew, as part of a package holiday booked through Broadway Travel, with our two daughters and families to Sanford. We have flown a number of times this year - but not with chartered airlines - and with two small children I was not looking forward to the flight. However I was pleasantly surprised - the air crew were excellent, the leg room was as good as some of the other flights I have been on this year, the food was good!

The only small niggle was caused by unsuccessful freight loading at Gatwick which caused a delay in loading passenger luggage and therefore a delay in take-off. However the pilot kept us fully informed of the situation.
