Taken September 2005 from London, England (Heathrow Airport) - LHR to Hannover (Langenhagen) - HAJ

Purchased my ticket well before BMI announced their change of in-flight service. A phone call to their call centre (in India) provided a confused response, and their head office have not replied to my 2 e-mails.

Some airlines provided vouchers to those customers who booked before changes to service were made (Estonian being, but one example). BMI ignore you.

That said the flights were pleasant enough, but leg room appears to have been tightened slightly.

The scaled down service now puts an airline which once prided itself as being better than BA, well behind its main competitor, which is a bit of a shame.

The lack of customer care prior to traveling as made me unsure as to whether I will use this airline again.
