I completely recommend this airline. We had a very easy check-in the staff were extremely helpful. The food was more than adequate and I felt at ease traveling both in and out bound. I am usually a nervous passenger, but a crew member did his up most to make me feel relaxed and this added to the pleasant trip. The only negative aspect is that we sat at the back of the plane and before the aircraft took off it smelt very strongly of urine due to air conditioning not being put on. This happened on both trips suggest sitting at the front of the plane and not the rear.
