I travelled back from Cologne/Bonn to Nottingham East Midlands with easy Jet on their brand new Airbus A319, which has only been in operation since September 2005. The plane took off on time and it was a most pleasurable journey, with courteous and helpful cabin crew and the pilot kept us well-informed about the journey throughout. Other low-cost carriers can only ever dream of reaching the high standard of service easy Jet offer their regular business customers, like me. easy Jet get my full marks, and I will always use them, as I regularly need to travel to Europe on business. Well done easy Jet on your investment in new planes, and keep up the outstanding work!
