It was a pleasant surprise that the flight was only delayed 30 minutes and that most of the pillows and blankets (from the previous flight, I suppose) were collected.

The airline did have a few minor problems--- some footrests were nearly unscrewed, hanging on for dear life by one edge, the toilet seats of two of the bathrooms had cracks in them resulting in nasty pinches, and the cleanliness could have been improved on.

However, the service was wonderful with the flight attendants helping everyone with their carry-ons and especially helping the elderly passengers get along, the food was the best I've ever had from any airline, the in-flight movies were good, and all in all, one of the better airlines to take when going on a long flight as your comfort is all but guaranteed.
