I recently flew with Etihad airways from London to Bangkok. My conecting flight from Istanbul was late and I missed my conection with Etihad to Abu Dhabi. On top of this Turkish airlines lost my baggage and had no answers for me on its location. The staff at London Heathrow on the night of the 22nd september were the most professional and helpful of any airline I have ever traveled on. They rebooked me on the evening flight and tried to help me track doen my missing bags.

The plane itself was an Airbus A330-200 and was comfterble for the 7 hour fli8ght. The food was excellant and the flight international crew of flight attendants were exteremly friendly and profetional also.

I had a 10 hour layover in Abu Dhabi, and the airline put me up in a nice hotel where I had lunch and dinner on the house, and I then got a transfer back to the airport for my flight to Bangkok.

The second flight was even better than the first with exeptional service. I have booked a trip to cairo next month on Etihad and am recomending all my friends. Some of which are travel agents to book on Eithad.
