Taken September 2005 from London, England (Gatwick Airport) - LGW to Mahon (Menorca), Balearic Islands - MAH

We originally should of flew with Monarch Airways, but the flight was changed to Flyjet, at the time I was concerned due to their reputation for delayed flights and the fact we had 4 young children under 7 in our party. True to form we had a delay of 2 hours and 20 minutes outbound and 2 hours inbound blamed as suspected on the previous days Tenerife flights. We sat in row 4 outbound nice and near the front toilets, or so I thought, but this toilet was being used as a store room and we had to use the toilets in row 30. Several of the seats were broken and the general condition of the plane was poor. On the return journey we were in rows 38 and 39 - right at the back, but we were not allowed to board the plane at the rear as this was being used for 3 walking disabled passengers, we had to wait for 10 minutes on the tarmac before boarding the plane at the front only to then have to walk the full length of the plane to our seats with young children? The staff on the return journey were very abrupt and rude. We are regular travellers and would never use this Airline again as it is by far the worse we have encountered.
