We bought our tickets on Sky Europe's homepage 3 months in advance, so the price was reasonable (100 EUR per person including all taxes). The navigation on the page was easy.

We arrived 60 minutes before departure at the airport of Bratislava which was bit crowded in the morning hours due to the amount of traffic. The check-in was very fast and easy because we were allowed to bypass the queue of waiting passengers after the supervisor recognised that we were travelling with two little children.

The boarding of the plane - an Embraer 120 with 30 seats - was a little bit confusing. After leaving the bus we had to wait 10 minutes on the tarmac because of technical problems. It was very cold outside, but fortunately it didn't rain. The aircraft was clean, but looked worn out.

The flight attendant was very friendly and helpful. Snacks and beverages could be purchased on board, but due to severe turbulence the service was cancelled.

The on time landing was very smooth and our baggage was delivered within minutes.
