Home > United > 2005 > ReviewTaken September 2005 from Boston, MA (General Edward Lawrence Logan International Airport) - BOS to San Francisco, CA (San Francisco International Airport) - SFOI had high expectations of UA and this experience did not particularly meet them. I picked an afternoon flight out of BOS with the hope of avoiding a crowd. Check in at BOS was long with large lines and few customer service agents. The boarding of 757 was a nightmare with no body listening to PA or announcemts. I found the very full 757 to be too crowed for a six hour flight. Seating was not all that comfortable and cabin crew were seriously over streched which leads to a less personal approach. I have flown UA in the past and found service to be excellent. | ||
