Home > Air Botswana > ReviewTaken October 2005 from Johannesburg (Jan Smuts Airport) - JNB to Maun - MUBOK flight on a BAE146, about 1 1/2 hours. Quite old plane, "which is overworked", according to some "experts" in Maun. They were surprised that we arrived only 1/2 hour late, "normal" is 2 - 3 hours late. Cabin crew served drinks and snacks, but without smiles. It's a government owned airline. It may be privatised in the future, and may then become more service oriented and friendly, like the rest of the Botswana people. But then - the flight was at least as good as any domestic flight within the USA, they get you there, and that's about it. | ||
