Home > US Airways > 2005 > ReviewTaken October 2005 from Manchester, England (Ringway International Airport) - MAN to Philadelphia, PA (Philadelphia International Airport) - PHLAirbus A330 left on time, but arrived late because of strong headwinds. The airplane was about 60%full. The attitude of the cabin crew was really very poor. Only 3 drink service despite an 8 hour flight. My wife and my "snack"was literally thrown with no attempt by the crew member to pick it up. One member was particularly rude and unhelpful to an elderly lady seated in front of us who had hearing problems. I did notice that several members went and put their feet up in the Envoy cabin after the meal service was finished. Overall, as a team they came across as very unprofessional and uncaring. I know US Air has had its problems, but we the pasengers are their future... why treat us like cattle? | ||
