I was really worried about using this airline after reading the horrendous reviews to the point that I wanted to cancel our holiday. We were a family of 13, all ages, travelling to Orlando, flight only. We had requested seats together, and were informed of our seat numbers whilst in the queue at Gatwick and were informed that these seats would not be re-allocated to anyone ahead of us in the queue. There was plenty of leg room, my husband and teenage children could stretch out their legs in comfort. The TV screens were easy to see, contrary to other negative comments. Food was OK. On our return journey again we were all sat together as requested, and three of us were allocated extra legroom seats which we had not in fact paid for. So a bonus! As there appears to be many comparisons to Virgin, I would like to add mine. We have flown with them a couple of times. The second time we experienced a 9 hour delay at Gatwick, our pre-booked seats were allocated out to others ahead of us in the queue and our treatment at Orlando International was appalling. If you are travelling with Air Atlanta Europe, don't worry. I would worry more with Virgin!
