Taken October 2005 from Istanbul (Ataturk/Yesilkov International Airport) - IST to Brussels (Bruxelles) (National/Zaventem) - BRU

Boarded a full Airbus 319 to be greeted by a smiling crew (what an improvement on Sabena!!!)

I took my seat an aisle at rear of aircraft and due to having had to visit lost baggage dept o claim for delayed baggage on outward journey was quite I was second last to board having had to rush to the gate. I requested a glass of water if the crew had any bottle already opened and I was immediately given a tumbler with said water. The FA even had put ice in the glass!!! Excellent!!!

Took off and arrived - on time.

I found the aircraft seating comfortable- leather seats and all crew members extremely pleasant and helpful

The meal served was adequate certainly not the same standard offered by THY on this route and noted that no towelette was provided with the meal tray. Also noted that the offer of nougat or Belgian chocolate offered on shorter flights was not forthcoming not important, but a nice touch sadly missed on this 3 hour flight. However the smiling genuinely caring crew certainly did their best to give a good service being very patient during meal service when some passengers decided to visit the toilets!!!

If only SN Brussels ground service was of the same standard the they truly would be " passionate about you"
