They booked me on a later flight that had been cancelled. I ended up flying Delta to Salt Lake, but then my complimentary drink coupon was no good on Delta. I could have used a drink right about then! The Delta connection was in a completely different terminal. I arrived in Salt Lake City about 3 1/2 hours late. They did partially redeem themselves on the return trip to Minneapolis by arriving 35 minutes early with a very easy connection in Phoenix. | ||
