Flight SCY2262 01 October 2005 11.15 Hrs Palma to Stansted.

We phoned Palma airport 48Hrs prior to return, to be told all flights confirmed exept Berlin.

We arrived on time, but could not find flight on screen.

To cut a long story short, we were told the tickets had all been printed wrong, they should have been printed 23.15 Hrs not 11.15 Hrs.

All other paperwork over the previous months also confirmed flight as 11.15Hrs.

We were told there was no hope of help of any description.

The "part time" representative said her Manager in England had said nothing could be done for us as it was not their problem that Air Scandic had gone bust.

She was challenged by all passengers about the flight times and was asked to confirm the facts and details in writing, she refused.

We have not had much help from Flightline co.ltd. or Freedom Flights yet, but intend to take my complaint all the way to the bitter end.

Is there a way of contacting other passengers on that flight who may want to join in a collective claim? All help would be appreciated.
