Taken January 2005 from Phoenix, AZ (Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport) - PHX to Santa Barbara, CA (Santa Barbara Municipal Airport) - SBA
This airline has the worst customer service that I have ever expirenced. When I booked my ticket they bumped me to another flight and then tried to claim that I booked the wrong flight. I called the airline and dealt with one of the most rude customer service agents I have ever encountered. The only solution they could come up with was having me pay more money to switch my flight. I will never fly this airline again. |
