My wheely was broken when it was returned. 1 week later I made the same flight and once again they lost my bag, this time for 2 days. They flatly refused to compensate me in any way and are refusing to pay £40 for the wheely bag they destroyed (the same bag that went around Asia twice and to Europe 15 times, all with BA, all without problems!).
