Taken February 2001 from Bristol to Hamburg

Sabena lost my two bags on this flight and took 4 days to return them. My wheely was broken when it was returned. 1 week later I made the same flight and once again they lost my bag, this time for 2 days.

They flatly refused to compensate me in any way and are refusing to pay £40 for the wheely bag they destroyed (the same bag that went around Asia twice and to Europe 15 times, all with BA, all without problems!).

Terrible service + also thier inflight sandwiches are horrible.
