Home > CSA Czech Airlines > ReviewTaken July 2005 from London Gatwick to Praha (Prague) (Ruzyne) - PRGI flew with Czech airlines from London to Prague and have mixed feelings regarding the flight. I found the flight on www.flighttoprague.com, and from the site got the impression that Czech Airlines would be the best airline to fly with. When I arrived at the airport, I was met by a long disorderly queue at the check-in counter, which had no one there. 40 minutes before the flight was meant to take off, they started checking people in! Of course people were pushing in front of people as there was no real queue, and most people were worried about missing the flight. However, once I finally got to the counter, the lady was very friendly and even offered the emergency exit seat to me (I'm 6'5"). From that point on, the service was excellent and the staff friendly. Definitely mixed feelings about that flight! Cheers, John. | ||
