Taken October 2005 from Manchester, England (Ringway International Airport) - MAN to Ovda (Eilat/International) - VDA

Myself and my husband flew from Manchester - Luton - Ovda. We left Manchester on time arrived to luton early where the cabin crew swaped and more passengers joined and left late due to a seating mix up.

The cabin crew was struggling with a lot of the passengers, but kept everything under control.

During the flight a announcement was made which I had never heard before on an aircraft that the cabin crew had been verbally abused etc and would not be tolerated. I felt sorry for the cabin crew as they where all very nice and most of the passengers where being very challenging.

Arrived into Ovda about 10 minutes late which wasn't bad as we left about 50mins late.

Return flight was on-time, but again the passengers where moaning again about nothing.

The service outbound was very good as well on inbound, but then we all received sandwich because of a food mix up which was just as good also had a choice of what we wanted.

Cabin crew where excellent on both in and out.

Leg room was abit tight, but expected on a non scheduled airline.
