Absolute free-for-all at the gate, with no sign of the staff trying to control what was going on. The flight, however, did leave on-time. The cabin crew on board more than redeemed this feature, with safety information being provided in both Italian & English, as well as a cheery demeanour all round. Seats very uncomfortable, but a modern & clean cabin on the fairly new Airbus 319 aircraft which replaced the really old Boeing 737-300s that used to fly the EMA to Ciampino service. Ciampino is small & cramped, but bags came within 30 minutes of landing. As long as you don't mind hassle in the airports then easy jet are fine. Their in flight service, excluding the uncomfortable seats, are excellent, especially for the prices they charge. | ||
