Home > British Airways Citiexpress > 2005 > ReviewTaken November 2005 from Edinburgh, Scotland - EDI to Madrid (Barajas) - MADHaving paid considerably more for this flight to Madrid than with the budget airline I normally fly with, the expectations were high. British Airways did not disappoint. The flight included a brief stop at Birmingham. The aircraft was an Avro RJ 100 and what a cracker of an aircraft it is, albeit a little cramped. The cabin crew were very polite and helpful, and the Captain on the return journey was humorous. There were no delays whatsoever with any of the journeys. In-flight meals consisted of a choice of 2 sandwiches and a free drink. The sandwiches were of fairly high quality. Overall, despite the more expensive fare, it was a joy to fly with British Airways and will have no qualms about flying with them again. | ||
