Home > Thomsonfly > 2005 > ReviewTaken January 2005 from Manchester, England (Ringway International Airport) - MAN to Las Palmas/Gran Canaria, Canary Islands - LPAWe hadn't flown with Thomsonfly, since the re-branding from Britannia. No queues at check-in and we made use of the self service check-in available at Manchester. Flight was operated by a Boeing 757 refurbished with the new 777 interior and leather seating. Crew friendly and looked very smart in their TUI uniforms. In-flight entertainment with a movie also being shown. Pillows and blankets freely available, and a very informative flight deck. Paid extra for an in-flight meal, and it was certainly worth the £5 we paid. Starter, main course and dessert of a good quality, and a chocolate plus choice of tea or coffee. The flight departed on time and arrived 30 minutes early - all round an excellent flight with high standards. A relaxing and enjoyable start to our holiday - Thank you Thomsonfly. | ||
