Home > Air Plus Comet > ReviewTaken January 2005 from New York, NY (John F. Kennedy International Airport) - JFK to Madrid (Barajas) - MADThe plane was an Airbus 310-300 with nine seats per row in economy class, rather than the usual eight. I am a medium-sized male (size 32 jeans) and barely fit in the seat. The dividers between seats do not lift either. The rows are extremely close together. I have flown to Spain 36 times in the past 10 years and I have never encounter anything like this. The most uncomfortable flight ever. The flight attendants were extremely rude. After a three hour delay, the had not given us anything to eat or drink for two hours, so I went to ask for a glass of water and she said "no." When I added that I was dying of thirst, she said "you are not dying, since you are still standing," and the other flight attendants laughed. I was humilliated! They were yelling at passengers all flight long. The movies were horrible. The plane was very old, and not well-maintained. My headphone outlet didn't work, and the video screen was far away and mostly in black-and-white, with a corner of color. Others were all green or brown! I arrived thirsty, with back pains from the uncomfortable seating and three hours late. The food and the price were okay, though. | ||
