Taken December 2005 from Las Vegas, NV (McCarran International Airport) - LAS to San Diego, CA (San Diego International Airport-Lindbergh Field) - SAN
After many trials and tribulations with America West over the years, I have finally given up. Yes, they are continually cheaper then SWA on some short-haul flights, but I will pay the extra money. After a delay of 35-40 minutes before leaving San Diego, the return trip was horrible. This flight was delayed 2+ hours. The gate attendants are always full of rudeness and a lack of desire to help. Upon landing in San Diego, we sat on teh runway for about 20 more minutes while a plane was moved from our gate. In the course of 2+ years of flying with America's Worst, they have lost one bag, ruined two others, been extremely late numerous times, cancelled two of my flights, and had sub-par customer service. I am officially done and will never fly America's Worst airline ever again. |
