Taken December 2005 from Morelia - MLM to Los Angeles, CA (Los Angeles International Airport) - LAX

Worst airline ever. Do yourself a favor and fly an american airline instead.

I had a flight from Morelia to LAX with a connection in Mexico City. The first leg went fine and the flight landed in Mexico City on time. Then, I was told that my flight from Mexico City to LAX, one hour later was too soon for me to make it on board. Instead, they booked me onto another flight to LAX 5 hours later. I found out later that they could have easily booked me on any of two other flights before that one.

Also, I called their 800 number and found out that there was no reason for Aeromexico to have bumped me off my flight. I had ample time to make it to my terminal and aboard my plane.

Many other passengers complained about the same treatment.
