Taken December 2005 from London, England (Heathrow Airport) - LHR to Kuala Lumpur, Peninsular (Subang) - KUL
LHR to KUL via AMS. Held up in LHR for 3 hours and missed connection to KUL. Fog, technical problems and a mutiny in which police were called all added to the delay. Put up in dingey airport hotel at KLM's expense overnight and flew onto Malaysia next day - old cramped 747-400, no personalised IFE, food awful and crew disappeared behined the curtain as soon as the meal was finished! Made a go around at KUL which frightened the life out of all passengers. Never again will I fly this airline and from other reviews it looks as if I am not the only one! |
