I generally fly with Olympic since I have to travel throughout Greece frequently.

I prefer Olympic not only because it's one of the safest airlines in the world, but because it is quite comfortable, too. I have flown with other airlines in domestic flights, but truly, I couldn't wait to get off the plane. But in Olympic, I feel right at home. Since I 'm relatively tall, I can't seem to be comfortable in any other airline. However, on most Olympic planes the seat pitch is excellent.

Not that it doesn't have its downsides, though. While I was waiting at the Athens Airport, I prayed so my flight would be on time (A friend of mine on the same flight three days ago, had a beautiful two and a half hour delay, due to late arrival of the aircraft). Boarding was on time, and the flight had a strong chance to be on time too, but while we were on the runway, about to take off, the airplane went back to its parking spot and the pilot told us that the company made him go back, to change one of the flight attendants. So, the flight was about 40 minutes late.

The fare was cheap enough (compared to other airlines), 120 Eur (Return) and the service was excellent, and the crew very helpful.
