Taken July 2005 from Athens (Athinai) (Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport) - ATH to Dublin - DUB

I flew on Malev from Athens Eleftherios Venizelos to Dublin Airport on July 20th, and my experience was very good overall, but with a few flaws.

The aircraft was very nice, a new Boeing 737-600 with leather seats, however, since our seats were on the first row of the Economy class, the curtain between the Business and Economy class was very annoying. But sitting on the first row of the Economy class was its upsides: the seat pitch is much larger than the seat pitch on all other rows.

The flight attendants were very nice and polite, although they experienced some difficulties understanding English. The food, on the other hand, was horrible! I 've used many airlines in my life, this was the worst, ever. The best part of the food was the warm bread they served at the beginning!

The in-flight entertainment was average, since it's almost impossible to understand Hungarian, even for those who are not lucky enough to get headphones.

The flight was on-time, but to keep the air fare low (only 190 Eur - Return), the aircraft departs at three o' clock in the morning.
