Taken January 2006 from Montreal, QC (Dorval International Airport) - YUL to Montego Bay (Sangster) - MBJ

Flight was on an Airbus 320. Plane must have been about 15 years old. The seats on the aircraft seemed a bit worn. Legroom was barely adequate for someone six feet tall such as myself. We were suppose to depart for Montego Bay at 4:45 p.m. but we left at 5:40 p.m. The plane only showed up at the gate at 5:00 p.m. A meal was served during the four hour flight that was rather tasteless. The flight attendants were friendly and professional..

I did not expect British airways or Quantas when I took this flight and what I received met my expectations. Overall I thought skyservice was a decent airline and not as bad as some of the other reviews made them seem. I generally don’t get too upset when a flight is an hour late. There has to be an acceptable range. When a flight is 3 or 4 hours late of course this different. I would not hesitate to take Skyservice again.
