Taken October 2005 from Toronto, ON (Lester B. Pearson International Airport) - YYZ to New York, NY (John F. Kennedy International Airport) - JFK

We flew Delta Connection from Toronto-New York JFK for a connection to an Emirates flight to Mumbai, India. The agents at check-in in Toronto Terminal 3 were very helpful. Our bags were checked all the way through to Mumbai with no problems. I have yet to meet a more friendly group of airline customer service agents. Our flight departed on-time and arrived early into JFK. We flew on the CRJ 70, the seating was more than adequate for the short flight duration. One flight attendant on board offered attentive service, and even offered to move us to an empty row since we were seated in the back row which had limited recline.

On the return flight from JFK to Toronto, we were significantly overweight, but the check-in agent noticed we had flown all the way from India, and waived the usual overweight charges. Would definitely fly with Delta again.
