The flight from Manila to Bangkok was almost an hour delayed. The plane used was an old Airbus 320 which has toilets that were poorly maintained. The flight attendants were professional, but they appeared to be inattentive and snooty. Service is very dull. I think Philippine Airlines' service is nothing different from existing Asian low-cost airlines.
