Flight delayed during change of flight at Kuwait international (not their I know). Communication of staff was abysmal with a plane full of people being told to line up (along with 6 other delayed flights) and being told individually rather than a simple tanoy announcment which would have eased everybodies anxieties. Toilets here were just like cess pits... at least one inch of water on the floor, no toilet paper or hand towel and stink to high heaven of crap. Security staff the most arrogant people I have ever seen. They were shouting at people not to smoke yet they stood in groups of 3 or 4 smoking (right next to the no smoking signs) whilst taking boarding passes off of passengers. Very unprofessional!!! Planes not very clean, individual tv screens on 2 of the 4 flights I had didn't work at all and a 3rd had no sound. Will definitely not use these again. | ||
