Taken January 2006 from Birmingham, England - BHX to Hong Kong, Chek Lap Kok - HKG2
In flight service was variable, but my main complaint was with the ground staff at Frankfurt while waiting for connections. There was a tendency towards rudeness from a number of staff, but one member was particularly arrogant and offensive in her manner to passengers. I'm afraid to say, that she was particularly abusive to those of non-white race. When I complained to her she was aggressive and extremely rude and refused to give me her name. I wrote a letter of complaint on my return and received bare acknowledgement of my grievance, with no apology or action taken. My family and I will never travel by this airline again. |
