Taken April 2001 from Bristol to Dusseldorf

I have flown with Sabena 4 times this year and they have lost my bags on 3 of these flights! Not only the 75% failure rate, but they broke my bag, in one of the weeks it was lost and still refuse to pay me the £40 for the replacement. They have no customer service whatsoever. Sabena stands for 'Sod all baggage every night away' and if you ever need a face lift, fly Sabena as they will probably lose the bags under your eyes given half a chance.
