Flew Manchester to Hannover via Stansted (return), for the absolute bargain price of £30 including all taxes! For this, you get assigned seating, a snack and a drink on the domestic sector, a sandwich and drink on the international sector, newspaper, in-flight entertainment and a sweet on boarding.

The transfers at Stansted were seamless, cabin staff friendly and the food was tasty.

My biggest gripe was the delays at Manchester and Stansted on the outbound - we were 25 late leaving MAN, and 10 late leaving STN - though this wasn't AB's fault - about 5 passengers had managed to board the wrong flight!

All the flights were in a new B737-700, which is a little cramped; though that is to be expected as with any short-haul carrier now!
