As it turned out, I had no need to be. For what you pay on a Charter flight, the service you receive is excellent value for money. The crew were amiable and professional and the pilots were suberb, with regular updates and always willing to show the kiddies the magic front end. Chatting with a few of the crew, last year was a very bad year for them - it was their first year of operation and lots of things went wrong. This year will be different - they said. And I for one believe them. | ||
