There wasn't enough room between seat rows even for my 5'4" wife to sit comfortably, the interior of the plane was very dirty (food remnants in seat pockets, sticky drink residue on seats) and some of the seats were falling apart (My table wasn't supported on one side, the table of the seat next to me was split, the seat back pocket of the seat in front of me was held together with twisted wire) The flight attendants were polite and smart enough, but on the return flight no duty-free sales were offered and when I enquired the response was "Oh, we were doing that on request - we put it all away ages ago" - no announcement. I've travelled by air a fair bit in the last twenty years, both on charter flights and scheduled flights, and this has to be the worst I've experienced. I e-mailed the company with my concerns, not in an attempt to get compensation, just to let them know. I got an almost immediate "We'll get back to you within twenty-four hours" standard e-mail and since then nothing. Not happy at all. | ||
