Home > British Airways > 2006 > ReviewTaken 18 February 2006 from London, England (Heathrow Airport) - LHR to New York, NY (John F. Kennedy International Airport) - JFKPlane full, in economy at least. No spare seats didn't mean a reduction in service. British Airways have always provided me with a service second to none. Middle East and Asian carriers good as most are do not give me the confidence BA do. Flight left on time, arrived on time and in between made me feel comfortable. Decent seating on 747. I am of average hight and leg room was just enough. Food OK, but what happened to the sandwich and scone snack they used to provide prior to landing? Served the All Day Deli. Bit of a let down making do with a muffin and choc bar. Cabin crew as professional and courteous as ever, captain the same. Return from Newark in B777. Has to be the best aircraft to fly in. Silent, spacious and comfortable. Only problem being, for whatever reason, the seat recline was too much resulting in several complaints from people having a seat in their face. More of the same faultless service on way home. | ||
