Home > KLM Cityhopper > ReviewTaken April 2001 from Amsterdam Schiphol to FrankfurtThis flight was much, much better than the flight to Amsterdam. There was one-class service only on this flight, operated on a Fokker 70. The cabin crew did an excellent job getting round everyone with a drink and a snack, despite the flight only lasting 50 minutes. The purser was fantastic, she had a smile for everyone. The Fokker 70 is also great to fly on - superbly quiet. Much better than the KLM plane I flew to AMS on. KLM cityhopper have got their concept right - frequent service, small, fast aircraft, minimal but good quality food, and friendly personnel. This is what air travel within Europe should be like. I also liked the fact that the personnel were being strict with regards to handbaggage. As usual, people were trying to take too much baggage into the cabin, and as the flight was very full, the crew were putting the baggage in the hold - this shows that they value their passengers' safety and comfort. Well done Cityhopper! | ||
