This was my first experience with Israel's national flag carrier.

Seat pitch tight for a long, fully booked flight, but overall quality of service excellent, security tight, most evident everywhere, but appreciated. Of particular note was the politeness of ground security personnel.

Friendly, gracious and professional flight attendants.

Aircraft clean, food decent, lavatories clean throughout the long flight.

Flight operated close to schedule despite long queue of departing flights ex JFK.

Overall opinion was most favorable.
